Shipping Area
We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping Rates
Shipping is $8.00 USD per order.
Shipping is free on orders of $70.00 USD or more.

Processing and Delivery Time
Estimated delivery is 7–15 business days in total, including order processing. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Some items ship from overseas fulfillment partners. Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly due to destination, holidays, customs, or carrier delays.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, tracking details are sent by email so you can follow your package.

Wrong Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us at support@mypawwell.com within 12 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to correct it before shipment, but changes cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment begins.
